Environmental Impact

Chatham Park’s development is already having a major impact on the local environment, and only a small fraction of the 7,000+ acres have been developed. North Chatham Park Way and Chatham Park’s North Village have the potential to devastate the local environment. Very careful planning is required. Many community members and groups have worked tirelessly over the years to keep environmental issues and concerns front and center so that Chatham Park is developed in a responsible way.
